HEALTHCARE

In partnership with parent company, IM Properties, Spitfire Homes manages a £100,000 Community Fund, for the communities where it operates. The fund is open to applications for requests of up to £3,000 per project, with each application reviewed against a series of criteria.

The initiative is designed to support local organisations to promote positive change, strengthen communities and enhance the natural environment.

Volunteering Opportunities

All Spitfire Homes employees have the chance to spend two paid days annually engaging in volunteer work that benefits the communities in which we operate. We are proactively seeking additional volunteering opportunities and invite you to get in touch with us.

A commitment to sustainability is at the heart of Spitfire Homes’ vision.

We aspire to create sustainable communities, designed to inspire.

But what does that mean? Well, our commitment is not just about the environment. Our involvement with sustainability covers everything from the well-being of our staff, to supporting the communities we operate in, reducing our carbon emissions throughout the construction process and, of course, delivering sustainable and efficient homes which are fit for the future.
